Waterstone Properties is comprised of Partners Brad Sinrod and Dennis Satnick.

Brad Sinrod is founder and President of Spring Mill Group, LLC, a real estate development company. Spring Mill Group, LLC focuses on developing properties within a three hour radius of Philadelphia, PA that have potential for 50-500 homes. Spring Mill Group and related entities have over 2,000 apartments, townhome and single family lots under development in central and southeastern PA. In addition, Brad is co-owner of Great Oak Capital, a private commercial real estate lender specializing in short-term loans.

Brad is a graduate of Hamilton College (Public Policy) and received his MBA in 2003 from Pennsylvania State University. In his MBA program, he was named the "most outstanding student" in a graduating class of 260 students. Brad is also a recipient of the Penn State Alumni Achievement Award. He is a former Trustee of the Berkeley Carroll School and is a board member of the Educational Foundation of Lower Merion.

Dennis Satnick - Partner and Project Manager for DGWP Properties, LP

Dennis Satnick has over 30 years of direct, hands-on management of the acquisition, development and construction of residential properties. He has a Bachelor of Science degree in Architecture from Pennsylvania State University. He has written articles for Builder Magazine, and his professional affiliations include the Urban Land Institute, American Institute of Planners, Pennsylvania Association of Realtors, and the Pennsylvania and National Home Builders Associations.

Dennis was appointed to the State Agriculture Land Preservation Board by Governor Rendell in 2003 and reappointed in 2005 to serve until 2009. He directly or in partnership with others has developed over $250,000,000 worth of properties.
