The Shover Property in Carlisle to Offer Coveted Lifestyle Enhancing Rentals

DGWP Properties, LP, is developing a parcel of consisting of 50 acres in West Pennsboro Township, just outside of Carlisle Borough, Pennsylvania, called the Shover Property. It was recently rezoned for high density and has public water and sewer adjacent to the property.

A conditional use application has been submitted to West Pennsboro for the approval of 390 units including 325 apartments and 65 townhomes. West Pennsboro has been terrific to work with, and we expect final approval in the summer of 2009. This parcel is adjacent to a sprawling area of industrial and distribution centers, and is 1.8 miles from the campus of Dickinson College, a fantastic location.
