DGWP Properties, LP: Michael Glass, Brad Sinrod and Dennis Satnick - Developing neighborhoods with homes that enhance Quality of Life for residents

DGWP Properties, LP, was formed in 2007 by three real estate developers, (Michael Glass of Dana Glass Properties, Inc., and Brad Sinrod and Dennis Satnick of Waterstone Properties) to aggressively seek land development opportunities for the return of the housing market. Between the three, they have over 50 years of experience in real estate development and have worked on several dozen successful projects. The partners of DGWP seek to develop higher density infill parcels which can enhance the surrounding communities.

The first three projects for which DGWP Properties, LP, Partners are pursuing approvals include the Shover Property in Carlisle, The Noss Property in Wernersville and the Hartman Property in Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. These developments will include new homes and multifamily housing that will meet the demand for quality homes in well-designed neighborhoods in the coming years.
