Michael S. Glass, Partner Dana Glass Properties, Inc., and DGWP Properties, LP

Michael Glass is the Co-Founder and CEO of Dana Glass Properties, Inc., (DGP) based in Lancaster, PA. DGP is the Co-managing General Partner of DGWP Properties, LP.

Michael has been in the Real Estate business since 1985. He has served the Home Building Industry both nationally and at the State level. At the State level (Pennsylvania Builder's Association), he has served as Chairman of the Housing Finance Committee (1998-2000), Chairman of the Housing Policy Task Force (2000) and a Member of the Executive Committee (1998-2000). Also, during the Ridge Administration, Michael served on the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Housing Advisory Committee (1997-1998) and Chaired the Capital Region Housing Advisory Committee (1997-1998). Michael was also a Trustee of the National Association of Home Builders Rural Housing Council (1996-1997).

Since 2001, Michael has focused his business activities on Community Development and Property Management. This has been done through his leadership of Dana Glass Properties, Inc., and their various Partnerships and Joint Ventures. Prior to 2001, Michael also ran DGP, a mortgage banking firm, title insurance agency and home builder.

The business model primarily consists of selling finished lots to regional builders with a guaranteed lot takedown commitment and building, holding and managing the multifamily and neighborhood retail for longterm asset appreciation.

Upon completion, the projects under DGP's management will have a Market Value over $1.6 Billion.
