DGWP Properties' Communities in Planning and Development
DGWP Properties, LP, - A Vision of carefree, community-centered living DGWP Properties, LP, currently has three Central Pennsylvania development projects in the approval process, and expects to add more in the future. The current projects will yield approximately 1,500 units, including 700 apartments.
The partnership seeks projects which provide: a) sufficient time to secure approvals; b) medium or high-density zoning; c) locations that can support the sale and/or rental of 10 or more units per month; d) public water and sewer; and e) at least 200 multi-family units per site.
